Lab testing is a critical first step in bringing a new product to the market. Feasibility testing is beneficial as it only requires a small amount of material (10-20lbs) with results that scale up to larger production rates. A range of parameters, such as multiple roll profiles, roll pressure, and milling screens/speeds, can be tested to optimize the compactors performance.
IPA operates with a full test lab facility to produce samples for your own lab analysis, or extended testing with larger samples for your customers to evaluate.
